xbaiee Terms and Conditions

1 Definitions and Interpretations

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" — All websites, applications, and digital services of xbaiee.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has registered on xbaiee or is using the platform.
• "Account" — The personal profile assigned to each member on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — Participation in any game or sporting event using funds or balance.
• "Wallet" — The digital balance linked to an account.
• "Bonus" — Additional credits granted as a promotional reward.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer, the identity verification process.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

If these Terms exist in both English and Bengali, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Registration and gaming on xbaiee is permitted only for persons aged 21 and above. If a minor opens an account using false information, that account will be immediately closed and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person is permitted only one account. Attempting to open multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts operated by the same person, all associated accounts may be permanently closed and deposited funds may not be returned.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and current. xbaiee reserves the right to cancel an account and take legal action if false or misleading information is provided.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

xbaiee may at any time request a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document to verify your identity. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Details on how KYC information is collected and processed are set out in our Privacy Policy.

3 Account Management

3.1 Login Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account username and password confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately via live chat.

3.2 Personal Use of Account

An account is for the personal use of the registered member only. Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to operate your account is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as your mobile number or bank account), update them immediately. xbaiee will not be responsible for payment issues arising from outdated information.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked inactive if there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months. A maintenance fee may be applied to inactive accounts, or the account may be closed. Contact the support team to reactivate your account.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds can be deposited on xbaiee via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Deposits are generally added to your wallet instantly. Delays may occur due to network or payment provider issues — in such cases, contact the support team with proof of payment.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes after verification. However, additional time may be required if KYC verification is incomplete or if a withdrawal request needs further review.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Only the registered member's own payment method may be used on an account. Depositing or withdrawing via another person's mobile banking or bank account is prohibited. If such a transaction is detected, the account may be investigated and suspended.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on xbaiee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not available.

4.5 Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions

If a chargeback or payment dispute is raised without authorisation, the account will be suspended immediately. Resolve any payment-related complaints directly through our support team.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

xbaiee offers new members a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000; or deposit ৳32,000 and receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳47,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw a bonus, the combined total of the deposit and bonus must be wagered 20 times (20x wagering requirement). Example: ৳1,000 deposit + ৳1,000 bonus = ৳2,000 — ৳40,000 must be wagered before withdrawal. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific conditions.
• It may not be possible to claim more than one bonus offer at a time.
• xbaiee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• Direct withdrawal of bonus balance is not possible — only real money balance can be withdrawn.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

The xbaiee VIP program has four tiers. Each tier offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

VIP tier is upgraded based on regular play and activity on the platform. VIP benefit terms may change at any time.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

All games and betting activities on xbaiee are governed by the principle of fair and random outcomes. Each game has its own rules, which can be viewed within the game. It is the player's responsibility to understand the game rules.

6.2 Betting Limits

xbaiee may set minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and category. xbaiee reserves the right to change these limits. Separate limits may apply when wagering with bonus balance.

6.3 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a server error, network issue, or other technical fault, xbaiee will make a decision at its own discretion. xbaiee reserves the right to void transactions where odds or winnings were clearly displayed in error.

6.4 Cricket Betting

Betting is available on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international cricket matches. Betting markets are open before a match starts or while it is live. If a match is abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the scheduled time, international sporting rules are followed to determine the outcome of bets.

6.5 Live Casino

Once a bet is placed in a live dealer game, it cannot be changed. The dealer's decision is final. In the event of a disconnection, the last position recorded in the system will be considered valid.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbaiee. Violating these prohibitions may result in account termination and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Operating games or betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Abusing the bonus system (such as claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same source).
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Attempting to interfere with the platform's security systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or colluding with other players.
• Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other members.
• Registering with a false identity or forged documents.
• Running unauthorised promotions using the xbaiee name or brand.

8 Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the xbaiee website, applications, logo, graphics, code, content, and all assets are the exclusive property of xbaiee.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or commercially using any part of these assets without written permission from xbaiee is prohibited. The intellectual property rights of game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, etc.) remain with them.

If we receive a complaint of third-party intellectual property infringement, we will take necessary action and cooperate with the complainant.

9 Limitation of Liability

9.1 Nature of Service

xbaiee provides entertainment and gaming services. Financial risk is inherent in gaming and betting — no guarantee of winnings can be given. You bear full responsibility for your betting decisions.

9.2 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to server maintenance, technical issues, third-party service disruptions, or other reasons. xbaiee is not liable for losses arising from such circumstances.

9.3 Third-Party Games

The xbaiee platform may include content from third-party game providers. The relevant provider is responsible for the quality and performance of those games. We do ensure, however, that every partner game provider is regulated and tested.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will xbaiee's total liability exceed your total deposits over the last 30 days. xbaiee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

10.1 Closure by Us

xbaiee may suspend or permanently terminate any account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Non-cooperation with KYC verification.
• Abuse of the bonus system.
• Suspicion of illegal activity or money laundering.

10.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat. Please withdraw any available balance before closing your account. If there are active bonuses or ongoing wagering requirements that have not been met, those bonuses will be forfeited.

10.3 Balance After Termination

If an account is terminated due to a breach of the Terms and Conditions, any bonus balance in the account will be forfeited. For real money balances, a decision will be made based on the circumstances.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

xbaiee places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. We keep your data secure using SSL encryption and modern cybersecurity practices.

• Avoid playing if you are under the influence or under mental stress.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

Continuing to use the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you always have the option to close your account.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions will always be published on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be displayed.

14 Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

14.1 Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions will be interpreted and applied in accordance with applicable law. If any clause is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to be in effect.
